At Oli, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
